My Meditation and Fasting Experience

Hi everyone! So, let me tell you about my meditation and fasting experience, so excited! Anyway, I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas! This was my first Christmas EVER without my family, they went to visit with my aunt and uncle up North and I was at the meditation retreat.

Ok, well first I had been detoxing for a while...(should have detoxed more, makes the fast easier)....I went to a 7 day meditation retreat and had such an incredible experience. I am living my life without any limitations and I have had the best adventures ever! Living without limitations includes not believing what people say I am capable of. This reminds me of this true story: Once upon a time for hundreds of years, people, doctors and scientists all around the world concluded that it was physically impossible for any human to run a mile in less than 4 minutes. Well, a man named Roger Bannister didn't believe such limitations and ran a mile in 3 minutes 59 seconds.

So what happened to the physical barrier that prevented humans from running the four minute mile? Was there a sudden leap in human evolution? No. It was the change in thinking that made the difference, Bannister had shown that breaking four minute mile was possible. Often the barriers we perceived are only barriers in our own minds. Previous runners had been held back by their beliefs and mindsets. When the barrier was broken other runners saw that is was possible and then 16 runners went on to do the same.

Well, researchers believe people can't make it past two to three days without water, they believe that they would dehydrate to the point where their bloodpressure drops to the point where the heart cannot continue functioning...I am proof to say that I LIVED! I lasted 5 days without food and water! On the end of the 5th day, I chewed on some ice and I had forgotten what chewing felt like. The ice tasted heavenly in my mouth! In that moment, I was so greatful for the amazing life I live! It's funny, even having juices (when I started breaking the fast) tasted so alien to me. I meditated for 7 days and when you don't have any food in your system, the rest of your senses are on overdrive! This experience helped me realize how little you really need to live.

Colors become more vivrant, dreams become more vivid, Intuition becomes stronger and manifestation is a thought away....Clarity is true bliss.

I practiced Chi Kong with a true Chi Kong master.....the experience is hard for me to even describe without sounding a bit off my rocker but look it up...you'll see its amazing and definitely real.

We have so much to be thankful for....even when it SEEMS like we don't have anything. Look around, you have everything right infront of you! Not only that, we live in California! You can go snowboarding or get a tan on the beach! Isn't that amazing?! <3
